Sorry, must have skimmed through when you mentioned learnopengl. No worries.

This is a good book for some theory (more for artists, so less technical).

@Tommato Ill take this advice and start with these list
1. soft shadows

2. realistic glass

3. water

care to expand more on the “etc” part? I mean I want to have a concrete list what to study next ?
Can you recommend a book or resource for the topics you mentioned above?

I learned the theory from real-time rendering, the latest edition, but maybe it's not worth buying that only for the section of pbr.

If you also want to understand better the math behind this is very good: https://blog.selfshadow.com/publications/s2013-shading-course/hoffman/s2013_pbs_physics_math_notes.pdf

Hi,
I've enjoyed this one https://github.com/Nadrin/PBR, also, you may find good courses on Udemy, however, they are paid.

Nice! Thanks for the answers, it was useful for me too.

@Lexxisriennnl oh wait, are there any PBR courses in udemy? cant find any, or most of them are related to the art side and not the dev side, let me know if there are courses in udemy you can recommend as well
